A lot of times we don't realize what it takes to be a successful employee, using the 5 keys to work success is a great tool to help students make realistic goals and help them be successful. Communication is difficult for many people, i found the suction on communication to be very helpful and provided great examples to be an effective communicator. 

Employment reporting benefits students as well as institutions. They can evolve with the needs of organizations and employers to better suit their needs. Students in turn get knowledge that is useful for their future.  

Great refresher on interview etiquette, and fun ways of doing mock interviews to get students ready for an interview. Doing research on a company you're applying for using it in your interview is a great tip, plus the follow up questions and the reasoning behind them. 

The 5 Keys to Success was very informative and each break down was detailed to understand. The examples given are easy to follow and can happen in any work environment. It is a great tool to pass along to students who are going into a new environment.

Wish I would have known this years ago, great break down of the importance of the resume and cover letter. Will definitely be using these tips to strengthen my resume and use them to help students with theirs. 

The suggestions on communication within the workplace were very helpful.  It's hard to "take the high road" when you have issues with someone but these suggestions were constructive.

 Loved the term Treasure Hunting, great to reinforce the idea of the best job doesn't feel like a job and learning new tools to help the student identify what job they want and the needs that they might have. Good refresher on how to contact employers and do research on the company you're applying too. Very useful strategies for networking
